Aside from our fabrics we carry an extensive range of related accessories for Sewing, Patchwork and Quilting.

Being the distributor and agent for so many companies here in Asia, QNSF welcomes any and all wholesale inquiries. We entertain orders of all sizes and we have a very low requirement for minimum orders. Our main aim is to promote the growth of Patchwork & Quilting in Asia. We try our best to ensure that smaller craft shops in Singapore and all surrounding countries, within Asia, are given the opportunity for growth and development.

We allow our customers to purchase ‘cuts’ as small as 3 meters per design & colour because we believe that variety is more important than quantity, in any store. Our only aim is to ensure maximum success for all of our customers. ( 50 meter minimum in total for new wholesalers)

For Wholesale Orders, our minimum requirements are as follows:

*: Books have to be ordered in advance no wholesale on single titles!

CREDIT

QNSF does not offer a credit line to its customers. It must be understood that if you request us to order items on your behalf or you choose goods from our ready stock that you have committed yourself to accept and pay for the goods. We will not substitute any product you order unless we are operating under you, the customer's, full authorization.


SUBSTITUTION & BACKORDERS

We understand that sometimes your need for a particular item is critical so in the event of a ‘non delivery’ of a particular item or fabric you have ordered, QNSF will do its best to offer its best alternative. The customer must then decide whether to substitute or to place their original order on Backorder. If the customer decides, at this point, to place a Backorder - they must be aware that the original ‘quoted’ price is subject to change.

In reference to Backorders - QNSF will assume that any and all orders for products not currently available or shipped with original order will be cancelled. If you would like to place items on backorder - you must inform the Wholesale staff of QNSF.


PAYMENT

All orders are final. Under NO circumstances will QNSF follow through with an indented ‘special’ order to our suppliers without a 50% deposit on the estimated landed cost.

On indent orders, QNSF requires the 50% deposit before processing the order. This 50% deposited will be a calculated cost based on an estimated price inclusive of freight and handling charges.

Please note that prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in Freight & Handling costs and rates of exchange. When the goods arrive in Singapore - the actual cost will be calculated and the customer will be invoiced. Before we pack and ship the goods, we expect the outstanding balance of the order to be paid.

With orders from ‘ready’ stock the same principle applies. We insist that the order, in its entirety, be paid, in full, before the goods can be carried off the premises or arrangements made for delivery.
